Honesty

When it comes to keeping track of the amount of employees and hours worked for our clients' peace of mind, Empire takes pride in utilizing the latest fingerprint recognition technology. We utilize a biometric based time clock which will only clock in the person being scanned. No need to worry about nonexistent employees. If they are not physically present they will not appear on our login sheet.

One of our top priorities is to provide high quality labor. We carefully select our laborers; every single one of them goest through an extensive process before joining the Empire family. We understand numbers are important to all of our clients, so we strive to provide high efficiency labor.

The H-2A program is the best solution to workforce shortage. We take our time to learn and get to know every potential employee. Over 1,000 candidates apply every year and after an extensive screening program, which includes multiple interviews, drug tests and background checks only a selective few get hired.
